Alfa Laval wins SEK 60 million order in India

Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – has won an order to supply equipment to a fermentation plant in India. The order has a value of approximately SEK 60 million and it was booked in the Food Systems unit of the Food & Water Division. Deliveries are scheduled to start in 2017 and be completed in 2018.

The order comprises various equipment such as heat exchangers, as well as tank cleaning and fluid handling products, that be used in the production of insulin.
