Alfa Laval Singapore is embarking on a thrilling new chapter as it relocates to a new and modern facility for its sales office and service centre. Celebrating 50 years in Singapore, the company is looking ahead with the purpose to create a workplace that is future-ready: a space where employees can thrive and that also nurtures our collective well-being. A space where both prospective and existing customers have the opportunity to get to know and trust Alfa Laval as an innovative industry leader with a focus on sustainability. An office that supports the company's mission and drives Alfa Laval Singapore towards excellence.


As we bid goodbye to our previous location in Joo Koon Circle that we have called our home for over 40 years, this new Singapore location at Metropolis Tower 2 is expected to become our new showcase of innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in the region. It will feature modern workspaces designed to foster creativity and teamwork. 


The move was a year in the making for the management team of Alfa Laval Singapore with countless meetings, careful planning and negotiations with different parties as well as strict selection of our new home that needs to check all the boxes such as accessibility, safety, inspiring and conducive just to list a few. Finally, the employees moved to this new office on 1st of April 2024 with everyone looking all excited and getting themselves comfortable in their fresh and new workstation with some even having new ‘neighbours’ sitting/working around them.


The inauguration happened on the 15th of April with the Ambassador of Sweden to Singapore, Mr Anders Sjoberg and Trade Commissioner and Head of Region South and Southeast Asia, Mr Emil Akander gracing the ceremony together with SEAOCE Cluster President, Ms Jennie Borgstrom as well as staff of Alfa Laval Singapore. It was a fanfare with lion dance performance with everyone having fun over good food and cheer.

“After a lot of hard work from making the decision that we shall move, to sell previous premises, finding a new address and to the actual move, it was a very happy moment when we today inaugurated our new office. This workplace delivers on everything I had hoped for by being a space for all of us to thrive in. It is an office that through open spaces serves us with opportunities to collaborate and to nurture creativity. By that, it truly reflects our values,” Jennie says.


We are grateful to our clients, partners and relevant agencies who have been supporting us thus far and we look forward to many more great years ahead as Alfa Laval will continue to live to its motto of Pioneering Positive Impact.
